Can I Use a Primer as a Moisturizer?

Primers are basically moisturizers that’s been designed for specific skin types and cosmetic purposes: whether it’s for oil control or filling in fine lines. Therefore, I usually advocate using your regular moisturizer and/or serum as a primer. However, I figured it’d be fun to see which primers I’d recommend for use as a regular moisturizer!
