I love your story and feel for you. I suffered terribly from acne when I was in my teens so many years ago and I still have acne scars which have now greatly reduced due to regular AHA/Lactic acid peels that I do myself and I use Paula’s products too. However I learned one thing that I wish I had known all those years ago. Avoid dairy, it is the single most acne triggering thing you can have. I always hated milk and my parents insisted that I have milk every single day, as Asian parents do. Should have listened to my instincts. I hope this little tip helps.
Well certainly dairy can affect a person’s acne, but it varies from person to person! I’m already writing my page about the links between nutrition and skin health, I just haven’t posted it yet! Hopefully, when that’s done you can read through and tell me anything else that’s on your mind!
Thanks for writing, and thank you for your compliment!
I love that you go into detail about what are in the products and what it can do for your skin. You’re doing very well and I will continue to follow your page. I am always open to trying new skin care products and the fact you can break the ingredients down unlike me is even better! Keep up the good work!
Thanks Ashley! I love that YOU LOVE TO COMMENT! I wish every reader was like you! Haha. I well definitely try my best in what I do so I don’t disappoint you guys.
